ReStore
Building a house requires more than just a hammer! Habitat for Humanity ReStores generate funds for home construction and critical home repairs by selling donated new and used home
improvement items. In this volunteering role, your group will assist in cleaning and organizing
merchandise, including furniture, appliances, hardware, and power tools. You may also work on special projects depending on the inventory available for the day.
Construction
Each assisting hand at the construction site contributes to fostering a resilient community where
local families and individuals can thrive. Whether it’s laying flooring, fixing siding, or meticulously
applying the final layer of paint, every task holds significance. Habitat homes are predominantly
constructed by volunteers, and prior experience isn’t required. Our skilled construction team will
lead you through each task, big or small. Whether you wield a paintbrush or a hammer, at the
end of the day, you can look back on your progress and know your efforts are building strength
and self-reliance through homeownership. Come build with us today!
Group Volunteer Days are in the summer on Thursdays from 8am – 12pm for groups of 4 to 8 people.

Team Build Days are any day in the summer from 8:30am – 2:30pm for groups of up to 12 people. Team Build Days include co-branded t-shirts for each team member, catered lunch, dedicated social media posts and an opportunity to help a local family build their dreams! Team Build Days require a $1,000 contribution to building materials for the project.
